That’s what I did all concert long. Sharon Jones & The Dap Kings always make me happy. Couldn’t stop smiling. At best, when those cool cats went on stage to do a little dance and some frontin’, I smiled so hard it started to hurt. The concert was good. Had a great time. So many cats present. Kwak, Kader, Skender, Phil, Lezze, Mats, Thierry, Fred, Funky Bompa, our little Schaarbeek crew and my brother from another mother Kurt and family. Nice vibe going on.
Makes me longing for the weekend (and the following days off + Southport) even more. Well, less than 2 days and we’re there.
Getting a good feeling about the Café Bota gig. Many people coming apparently. Big up to Dieter for spreading the word.
